Do you require deposits?
I only require deposits for weddings and destination shoots. Weddings are a $150 non-refundable deposit to book and destination deposits depend on distance.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled date?
I always keep a close eye on the weather the days leading up to a session if we are shooting outdoors. If it's looking like it will rain cats and dogs on us, I will reach out and we can reschedule for a later date! For outdoor weddings or special events that cannot be rescheduled, I have a waterproof cover for my camera in the case of rain.
Will I be charged if I have to cancel my session?
I do not have any cancellation fees because I know life happens, however, I do greatly appreciate at least a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so I can adjust my schedule. The only "exception" is if you need to cancel a wedding, your $150 deposit is non-refundable and same with destination shoots.
Are all pictures included in the price?
Yes! All edited images are included in your package price! Every package has an average number of photos listed in the description. If you ever have any questions about a specific package please reach out.
Can we print your images after our photoshoot?
Absolutely. Once payment is received and your digital album is sent to you, you are free to have as many printed off as your heart desires!
Do you charge for travel?
Travel costs are included in your package price for locations within a one-hour driving distance. A $40/hour round trip travel fee will be added to your base price for locations over one hour away. For example: you want to hire me as your wedding photographer and your venue is in Nashville, Tennessee. Your base price would be $1,500 and Nashville is approximately a 6-hour round trip for me. The first hour of travel is included so you would be responsible for the other 5 hours, which would be $200, and your final cost would be $1,700.
